Adri Ojuka

Adri Ojuka has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been instructing group classes since March 2021. Adri strives to help practitioners feel love for themselves, for their bodies, and for others through yoga, mindfulness, and breathwork, and aims to cultivate a space where all types of people, including POC and Black women, can embrace and be empowered by yoga. Adri’s purpose is to meet people where they are at, and show them how healing, strengthening, and empowering yoga can be.

Adri has over 450 hours of training in Alignment-Based Vinyasa Yoga Flow and Yoga Sculpt, and has taught multiple yoga formats at places like InBalance Yoga & Wellness, Vasa Fitness, Studio IVL, and the Orem Recreation Center. Adri strongly believes that: 1. Yoga can be fun, 2. Yoga is transformative – physically, mentally, and spiritually, and 3. Yoga is an incredible vehicle to cultivate a healthier and more sustainable sense of self.
