    PLAE - pronounced play - is an acronym for play-centered learning, attachment, and expressive therapies, all of which are at the heart of our mission to improve children's mental health. A fact that’s evident from the moment you walk into our state-of-the-art play space, intentionally designed to create an experience where every child feels seen, supported, and empowered to explore, grow, and learn.

  • Neurodevelopmental Evaluations and Assessments

    This is a comprehensive set of tests designed to assess all aspects of your child's development, including cognition, language, motor, and social skills. This type of evaluation is conducted by a pediatric neuropsychologist.

  • Sound Healing and Reiki

    Sound baths use calming vibrations from instruments like crystal bowls to relax the body, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance.

    Reiki is gentle energy healing that promotes deep rest, eases stress, and restores natural flow in the body.

  • Education Consultation K-12

    Together, students, parents and consultant can aid children in overcoming their barriers to success from an education perspective. Build techniques and skills to effectively collaborate with teachers to inspire, motivate and encourage. Explore information and ways parents can work with schools, advocate for their children, and how they can assist in creating a rich diverse literacy environment at home and in school.

  • Individualized Breathe-work, Mediation and Yoga sessions for parents and families.

    We want families to feel equip with the tools to navigate all that life presents them. Building body awareness, mindfulness and breathing tools can aide in navigating challenging moments, closing out a day, support overstimulated bodies and more!

Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation, one-on-one child or family sessions

We offer private yoga, breathwork, and meditation sessions for individuals, children, or families, designed to support emotional balance, stress relief, and mind-body connection. Each session is tailored to meet your unique needs, combining gentle movement, guided breathing, and mindfulness practices in a safe, supportive environment. Whether you're seeking calm, regulation, or deeper connection, these one-on-one sessions provide a grounding space for healing and personal growth. 90 - 50 minute session

Family Therapy

Initial Family intake assessments can run from 90-120 minutes. 

All family members will have individual time as well as group assessment time during the initial session - 350

Supportive ongoing family therapy sessions are 60 minutes - 250

Insurance

PLAE is not currently paneled with insurance companies. We are what is considered and out of network provider. If you would like to utilize your insurance please consult with your insurance carrier to explore their out-of-network provider benefits. We are happy to support you with a superbill to assist with reimbursement.

At Planted Healing LLC and DBA PLAE Therapy, we are committed to providing care that is both compassionate and transparent. As part of the No Surprises Act, you have important rights when it comes to understanding the cost of your mental health services.

🧾 What is a Good Faith Estimate (GFE)?

A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) outlines the expected cost of services, helping you make informed decisions about your care. This is especially helpful if you:

  • Do not have health insurance, or

  • Do not plan to use insurance for your sessions

Your GFE will include all reasonably expected charges for scheduled services such as therapy sessions, evaluations, or follow-up appointments.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate before your services begin.

  • You can request an estimate at any time—whether you're planning services or already receiving care.

  • You will receive this estimate free of charge.
