With a diverse toolkit that includes Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and play therapy, Mindy strives to create a safe space for her clients to navigate growth. Mindy's dedication to her clients is evident in her unwavering commitment to their well-being. She approaches each individual with warmth, empathy, and an open heart, fostering a nurturing environment where clients feel supported and empowered on their journey to healing.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Mindy enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the trails and breathtaking landscapes of Utah, and sitting quietly with a book. She believes in the importance of balance, growth, and infusing meaning and joy into her life.

Mindy aims to provide a safe and accepting space for children and teens to communicate their emotions and process their struggles, in a healthy and developmentally appropriate way.
