David Ornegri
CHILD + ADOLESCENT MENTAL HEALTH THERAPY
David Ornegri, LCSW, works with individuals who may be feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, stuck in patterns they can’t seem to break, disconnected from themselves, or unsure where they belong. He supports clients navigating depression, faith transitions, identity exploration, relationship struggles, burnout, neurodivergence, and the experience of feeling “othered” within their family, culture, or community, helping them feel less alone in the process.
David strives to create a therapeutic space where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment. His approach is warm, collaborative, affirming, and grounded in genuine human connection. He understands how difficult it can be to navigate questions of identity, belonging, and self-acceptance and works to help clients feel understood, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Using evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals, David helps individuals work through anxiety, shame, historical trauma, depression, overwhelming emotions, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions while providing neurodiversity-affirming care. He is passionate about helping clients build healthier coping strategies, develop practical tools, increase self-understanding, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
David believes therapy works best when there is trust, safety, and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship. Whether clients are seeking healing, clarity, personal growth, or simply a place to breathe and process, he is honored to support them in their journey.
