Life can feel stagnant and mundane. It’s easy to get lost and feel a lack of direction, it’s so uncomfortable living in the ‘unknown’.  I am a firm believer in ‘it takes a village’ to heal and take care of us. Thank you for letting me be a part of your village, for allowing me to join your healing journey.

I am passionate about mind-body bridging and believe that our body never lies to us and tells us all we need to know, we just need to work on listening to it and gain skills to quiet down our ever persistent mind. We are whole human beings who deserve to have healing in every area of our life either physical or mental. I strive to help create goals with you that support the 'whole' you.

Whether through couples or individual work my goal is to help you slow down and understand what messages are surfacing for you and how to communicate with them in a healthy and productive way. 

I look at my therapy process through an attachment lense and use these modalities to support: The Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Inner Child Work and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I understand and appreciate we are all complex and unique human beings so I will always strive to make our sessions fit your individual needs and concerns. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey.
